Washout on hole 11

As you can see in the posted picture, yesterday's 1.2" of rain came down pretty heavy at times. A newly sodded area between holes 10/11 bore the brunt of the damage. The area will be fixed within the next day.
The heavy rain combined with a 7" snow melt in the last 4 days has left ground conditions extremely soft and saturated. The cold weather coming tomorrow and Friday will cause some freezing and thawing in spots leaving the turf vulnerable to damage if not treated properly.
We are doing everything we can to prep the greens for opening this weekend and for allowing carts- the next three days will be pivotal in allowing for the proper drainage and drying out on the course.
